No Flaming. I cannot stress this enough. Anyone who flames another member (i.e., makes an ad hominim attack or otherwise directly insults another member) will receive an automatic rating deduction. No exceptions. Repeat offenders will be suspended/demoted/banned.

No Spamming. This should be a no-brainer, but it happens anyway. Spamming may result in a rating deduction; repeat offenders may have their posts subject to review by a moderator before they are posted.

News Items. If you are commenting on a specific news item, please provide a link to a credible news source (no links to www.ihatebush.com or www.blairsucks.org, for example).

Be Prepared To Support Your Opinions. This is a forum dedicated to mostly related political discussion. If your opinion is challenged by another member, be prepared to back it up through citation or further explanation. If you are unable to do this, you probably shouldn't have posted it here. There aren't any punishments for breaking this rule (other than the fact that you'll make yourself look foolish), but it's still a good rule to observe.

"Don't Sing the Same Song Twice." If someone has already posted what you were going to say, don't post it again. This goes for new topics as well; don't start another topic if there is one on that subject already. We don't need to be yelling the same things at each other over and over again.

Don't Be a Source Whore. Unless someone is claiming that the president Exploded, or that Iraq is secretly on the Moon, please dont pester people for Sources. People dont always remember their exact sources, we tend to be trusting of other people here, please keep it that way.

Don't Quote a Huge Post and Reply With 1-2 Lines. In a perfect world, people would be shot for doing this. Please quote the relevant parts of a person's post or address the person in your post.

No Conspiracy Theories. Are you convinced that the world is being run by the Freemasons, the Illuminati, the Vatican, the Rosicrucians, and/or World Jewry? We don't care. Don't post it here (or anywhere, for that matter). This includes Holocaust denial.
